Exhibiting at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair, London
It’s been a busy few months for the Pure Maple team building up to the official launch of our new, 100% authentic Canadian maple syrup at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair in Olympia this September.
Covering three days and with more than 12,000 potential buyers looking to source the latest speciality, artisan and fine food and drink walking through the door, the pressure was on!
We had an excellent three days meeting new and interesting people, forging new business contacts and telling visitors about our amazing maple syrup and the co-operative who make it with us in Canada. Word must have spread quickly, or perhaps it was the smell of freshly cooked waffles, as we gave away over 900 samples of Pure Maple!
With interest from restaurants, delis, bakeries, wholesalers and garden centres, many visitors were pleasantly surprised by how different Pure Maple was to the usual high street brands of maple syrup that they’re used to tasting. We had a lot of compliments on Pure Maple’s ‘clean’, high quality taste and flavour, as well as the nutritional benefits of genuine maple syrup – even Masterchef’s Tony Rudd was thoroughly impressed by our products.
We’re excited to say that following the Speciality Food Fair we have had numerous orders for our Pure Maple Syrup and are receiving interest from all over the world. Look out for news of how things progress….
