Jazz up the traditional pigs in blankets by adding a touch of golden delicate, maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 6 pork sausages, cut in half
- 12 streaky bacon rashers
- 12 rosemary sprigs, optional
- Pure Maple Syrup, Golden Delicate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Wrap sausages and rosemary sprigs in bacon, then place them on a wire rack over a baking tray.
- Cook for 35 to 40 minutes until they’re cooked through, remembering to turn them over halfway through. For a delicious touch, glaze them with maple syrup about 10 minutes before they’re done.
