This easy, no-bake recipe makes about 10 maple energy bites, packed with good healthy ingredients. The perfect little snack when you’re got the munchies!
Ingredients
- 110g rolled oats
- 125g peanut butter
- 80g Pure Maple Syrup, Amber Rich
- 55g chopped dates
- 25g chopped almonds
- 25g chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Using a teaspoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll between your hands. The mixture will be sticky, don’t worry if the shape is messy. Place them on a plate, in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- After half an hour, roll them again to make them neater, then refridgerate for at least another hour before serving.
