Overnight oats make a delicious and healthy breakfast that’s so filling. Served with fresh fruits, pure maple granola and pure maple syrup.
Makes 3 breakfast pots.
Ingredients
- For overnight oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 60g oats
- 125ml milk
- 3 tablespoons yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup, Amber Rich
- For toppings
- 100g yoghurt
- Handful of Pure Maple Granola
- A few strawberries
- A few blueberries
- A few slices of banana
- Some pomegranate seeds
- Drizzle of Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all the overnight oat ingredients, cover up with clingfilm and refrigerate overnight.
- The following day portion out into 3 individual containers and top with yoghurt, pure maple granola, fruit and then drizzle a little pure maple syrup before serving .
