Maple Energy Bites Recipe
This easy, no bake recipe makes about 10 maple energy bites, packed with good healthy ingredients. The perfect little snack when you have the munchies.
Ingredients
- 110g rolled oats
- 125g peanut butter

80g Pure Maple Syrup, Amber Rich
- 55g chopped dates
- 25g chopped almonds
- 25g chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Using a teaspoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll between your hands. The mixture will be sticky, so do not worry if the shape is messy. Place the bites on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- After 30 minutes, roll them again to neaten the shape, then refrigerate for at least a further hour before serving.
