Maple Energy Bites Recipe

This easy, no bake recipe makes about 10 maple energy bites, packed with good healthy ingredients. The perfect little snack when you have the munchies.

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Using a teaspoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll between your hands. The mixture will be sticky, so do not worry if the shape is messy. Place the bites on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  2. After 30 minutes, roll them again to neaten the shape, then refrigerate for at least a further hour before serving.
