Maple Granola

Ingredients
- 375g rolled oats
- 100g slivered almonds
- 70g sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 35g chopped dates
- 35g chopped dried apricots
- 35g dried cranberries
- 40g flaked coconut
- 100g coconut oil, melted
- 125ml Pure Maple Syrup, Dark Robust
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170C and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and
salt. -
Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly
until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated. -
Spread the mixture evenly across the prepared baking tray and bake for
25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning. -
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly, then stir through the
chopped dates, dried apricots, cranberries and flaked coconut. - Leave to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
