Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds Recipe
Overnight oats make a delicious and healthy breakfast that is filling and easy to prepare ahead of time. Served with fresh fruit, pure maple granola, and a drizzle of pure maple syrup.
Makes 3 breakfast pots.
Ingredients
- For the overnight oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 60g oats
- 125ml milk
- 3 tablespoons yoghurt

2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup, Amber Rich
- For the toppings
- 100g yoghurt

Handful of Pure Maple Granola
- A few strawberries
- A few blueberries
- A few slices of banana
- Some pomegranate seeds

Drizzle of Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the overnight oat ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The following day, divide the mixture between 3 individual containers and top with yoghurt, pure maple granola, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of pure maple syrup before serving.
