Pear and Roquefort Salad with Pure Maple and Mustard Dressing Recipe

The perfect salad for summer entertaining, dressed with a simple but punchy vinaigrette.
Pure maple syrup combined with Dijon mustard is always a winning combination.

Ingredients

Pear and Roquefort Salad

  • 140g mixed leaf salad
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • Handful of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 75g Roquefort cheese, crumbled

Maple and Mustard Dressing

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup, Golden Delicate

Instructions

  1. Assemble all the salad ingredients together in a large serving bowl.
  2. In a jar, add all the dressing ingredients and shake well until fully combined.
    Any remaining dressing can be kept in the fridge for future use.
  3. Drizzle the desired amount of dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
