Maple Glazed Pigs in Blankets Recipe

Jazz up the traditional pigs in blankets by adding a touch of golden delicate maple syrup.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan, Gas Mark 6). Wrap each sausage piece and (optionally) a rosemary sprig in bacon, then place them on a wire rack set over a baking tray.
  2. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes until cooked through, turning them halfway. Brush with maple syrup about 10 minutes before the end to glaze.
