Strawberry Maple Lollies Recipe
A fun and easy recipe to make with little ones using just two ingredients. Big kids and little ones love them just the same. A great treat for a hot summer’s day.
Ingredients
- 400g strawberries, hulled, with a few reserved
- 2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup, Amber Rich
Instructions
- Hull the strawberries, then slice around 6 small strawberries and set them aside. Blend the remaining strawberries with the maple syrup until smooth. Add more maple syrup if a sweeter taste is preferred.
- Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds, leaving a little space at the top. Add the reserved sliced strawberries.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
